Senior Strength, Stretch and Osteoporosis Exercise Class
Use hand-held weights, therapy bands and exercise tubing to condition all major muscle groups.
*May be done standing or seated.
Aerobic 50+ Workout
Get fit with low impact aerobic activity, resistance training, balance training, and core conditioning.
Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga
Focus on correct breathing, relaxation, and body alignment to keep muscles supple, reduce muscle tension and decrease backache. Reduce stress while improving circulation and range of motion.
Tai Chi
Gain improved balance, muscle strength and flexibility practicing an ancient martial art. Tai Chi is performed slowly with a fluidity of movement that helps increase concentration, alertness, and memory retention.
Pink Ribbon Fitness
Focus on regaining stamina and endurance following chemotherapy or radiation with this specialized program of low level cardio (aerobic) exercise for women recovering from breast cancer.
