Seniors that exercise at CORE not only maintain their mobility and independence, they can have fun and make it a social activity.

Senior Strength, Stretch and Osteoporosis Exercise Class

Use hand-held weights, therapy bands and exercise tubing to condition all major muscle groups.

*May be done standing or seated.

Gentle Aerobics Workout

Get fit with low impact aerobic activity, resistance training, balance training, and core conditioning.

Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga

Focus on correct breathing, relaxation, and body alignment to keep muscles supple, reduce muscle tension and decrease backache. Reduce stress while improving circulation and range of motion.
