Strike-Fit

Strike-Fit is a mental and physical development program designed and created by elite Personal Trainer and Martial Arts Instructor Dave Paladino.

The program is an extremely intense Martial Arts workout designed to emulate the extreme training that a professional fighter has to endure in order to get ready for a fight.

During the 55 minutes you will burn 800-1,200 calories and push yourself harder than you have ever pushed before. You will build muscle, burn fat, increase your cardiovascular threshold and learn how to execute Martial Arts techniques properly.

Strike-Fit is not for everyone. It’s only for people who want to be in the BEST shape of their lives.
