Introduce Kids to Fitness

YouthFit is an on-going program running up to 4 times per week designed for kids ages 10 and up.  This program introduces kids to fitness in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Our YouthFit instructors will take your child through many aspects of fitness, including

  • Light strength training
  • Stretching
  • Core work
  • Spinning
  • Boxing

This program is open to members and non-members.
