ROOKIE CAMP
A great way to become familiar with some of the classes we offer here at C.O.R.E. It is a combination of cardiovascular,strength and conditioning, balance and awareness. This class is a beginner level but all are welcome.
PEAK PHYSIQUE
An interval training class featuring the combination of weights,body bars, steps and other equipment to tone, sculpt and burn calories.
CARDIO FUSION
An Interval training class that will push you to the limit. Isolate and tone every muscle group. High rep, low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts.
BOXING CAMP**
An extreme workout that combines Boxing, Kickboxing, Martial Arts, weight training, core conditioning and endurance training. An advanced class that will challenge even the seasoned workout enthusiast.
WORLD MOVEMENT
Dance move and groove your body. A full body workout complete with cardio, light weights and abs.
BODY BLAST
Non stop action! A full body body workout. Lots of cardio segments keep your heart rate elevated while performing high reps of strength training. Abs included.
LATIN MIX
Shake your shoulders, move your hips and have fun while moving your whole body to a latin beat. Class includes some body conditioning.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
This interval training class moves members through stations of cardio & strength training for a complete body workout.
JAB,KICK & PUMP
Combine cardio kickboxing and muscle sculpting into one class! Intervals
of kickboxing get your heart rate up while intervals of strength training
keep your body strong.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
This medium/high impact class combines kick and punch combinations
along with basic aerobic moves. This class is fast paced and fun.
STEP INTERVAL
Non-stop horsepower. Step aerobics and strength training intervals increase your heart rate and tone your muscles. This non stop workout will challenge you and help build endurance.
POWER HALF HOUR
A quick moving 30 minute station to station workout. Tone your body and build strength and endurance.
STEP & SCULPT
Enjoy a cardio step workout mixed with muscle conditioning, and core training. A complete workout to maximize fat burning potential and increase lean muscle mass.
OSTEO WORKOUT
The focus of this class is on muscle conditioning, posture, balance and flexibility. The goal is to stregnthen and tone your muscles using weights, resistance bands and tubing. (Must first complete Osteo maintenance New Class)
PINK RIBBON FITNESS
This class includes a warm up, stretching to increase range of motion an aerobic segment and appropriate resistance training within the guidelines set by the National Lymphedema Network. Breast Cancer Survivors and friends are welcome to attend.
SENIOR STRENGTH & STRETCH
This class begins with an extended warm-up and stretch followed by moderste resistance training to strengthen major muscles.Class will include dynamic balance exercise and proper body mechanics. All movements can be modified for participants with limitations.
FIFTY PLUS WORKOUT
This class includes low level, low impact aerobic conditioning mixed with muscle conditioning, gentle stretching and balance development.
YOGA
The focus of YOGA is balanced integration of body, mind and spirit. Postures and posture flows bring increased strength and flexibilty to the body. Conscious attention to the breath and the workings of the mind bring a sense of calm.
GENTLE YOGA
A modified YOGA class that is perfect for beginners and participants with limitations.
CALLANETICS
This non-aerobic, non-impact class will help balance and strengthen the body. It works the deep abdominal muscles as well as shapes the legs, and lifts the behind. This form of exercise, although intense, is also very relaxing and stress reducing.
PILATES
Re-awaken your body through movement while improving your core strength, flexibility and posture. This class will enhance balance, circulation and functional fitness while strengthing, llengthening and toning muscles.
PILATES FIT
Take pilates to a new level while incorporating more muscle conditioning using your own body weight for resistance. High reps make this class a challenge.
ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and international music featuring aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of slow and fast paced rythyms that tone and sculpt the body. Guaranteed to make you sweat.
TAI CHI
A slow moving meditative martial art focusing on breathing, balance, strength and flexibility. A workout that improves physical coordination and functioning of the central nervous system, as well as enhancing deep relaxation.

Yes, an awesome ABDOMINAL workout! A 1/2 hour is all you need to target and tighten your abs and your core muscles. Feel those abs working!
BELLY DANCING
The emphasis on this class is hip movements, shimmies and beautiful hands. Combines Indian culture with an upbeat style. Constant upper body movement will thrill the senses and chisel your body.
YOGALATES
Combine Yogs poses and Pilates moves to work your mind and body while engaging your core muscles. This class will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body.
HIP HOP FUNK
Dance, Dance, Dance! Have fun and move your body! Nonstop action, your feet are never still. Shake those hips as you learn dance routines that work your entire body with constant movement.
LOW IMPACT /CORE
Low impact aerobics will get your body moving while getting your
heart rate elevated for maximum fat-burning potential. Core work

BURN & FIRM PILATES
