Dave Paladino

Dave Paladino - Director of Health and Fitness at C.O.R.E.Dave Paladino is director of health and fitness at C.O.R.E.. A master certified personal trainer with the I.F.P.A., he is one of New Jersey's elite health and wellness professionals. He also is a certified martial arts instructor and holds a second-degree black belt in Goshin Do Nagai Ryu Kempo karate, Samurai Nagai Ryu Jiu-Jitsu under Grand Master Bob Long and Master Brian Long; a first-degree black belt in Shukokai karate under Chief Instructor Kimura; and has been training for nine years in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Renzo Gracie, Jamie Cruz and Currently Karl Pravec. Dave also supplements his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training by Savarese Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and in martial arts, Dave is a trainer for celebrities. He has trained television, movie and radio personalities including Jason Cerbone, Jackie Jr. from The Sopranos; Jeff Marchetti, actor and stunt man from The Sopranos and OZ; Terri Colombino, actress from As the World Turns, Arthur Colombino, actor and musician; Emme, super model, television host and motivational speaker; Mike Rizzo, Billboard DJ/remixer/producer; Michael Wrigght small forward European Professional and New York Nick basketball player and many more. He is also a Group Fitness Instructor and teaches on a weekly basis Boot Camp, Master Punch and Cardio Combat.

Dave has been featured in many magazines and publications such as People, Life's Little Emergencies, Men's Health and many more and was a private body guard for the original HBO show the Sopranos. Also an accomplished athlete, Dave played many years of baseball and basketball on the college and semi pro level. Dave has been devoting a lot of his time to MMA conditioning and training for fighters of all levels.

Adrian Greenberg
Certified Personal Trainer

Adrian Greenberg - Certified Personal TrainerAdrian Greenberg joins C.O.R.E. staff with over four years in the fitness industry. He attended Bryant College in Rhode Island where he played football for the Bulldogs and also received his degree in business management with a minor in business law. 

Adrian was a 2nd Team All-State football player for Old Tappan High School and an All-Conference selection as tight end for the Bryant College Bulldogs. Adrian set a Bryant College football record for being the strongest offensive player, as a sophomore, with an astonishing 1,320 pounds lifted in three exercises, which includes an amazing 445-pound bench press. 

Certified by A.F.A.A., the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, since 2000, Adrian also helps coach Pee-Wee football in Closter, helping young children develop teamwork, leadership and athletic skills at an early age.


Danielle Bonaldi
Certified Personal Trainer
( Boot Camp, Cardio Pilates Fusion, Pilates, Yoga, CORE Crunch, Cardio Striptease)

Danielle Bonaldi - Certified Personal TrainerDanielle has over 7 years experience in the fitness industry.  Her background in dance and various other sports has evolved her career into fitness.  She ran her first marathon supporting arthritis research and successfully completed it in November 2003.

Danielle is a certified personal trainer through ACE, NASM, and is currently enrolled in a yoga teacher training program at the New Age Center in Nyack, NY.  Most of the classes she teaches consist of pilates, ballet, and yoga.  She believes that incorporating cardiovascular, resistance and core training (yoga, pilates, and flexibility) with healthy eating can help maintain a well rounded body and lifestyle.

Matt Errichiello
Certified Personal Trainer

Matt Errichiello -  Certified Personal Trainer

Matt is 21 years old and currently a junior at William Paterson University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.  He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has completed mastering exercise technique courses in flexibility training, stabilization training, balance training, core training, strength training, and reactive power training. He is also certified in CPR by the American Red Cross.

Matt attended Bergen Catholic High School where he played varsity baseball for 3 years and basketball for 2.  His senior year in baseball he was awarded the Louis Greco award for most dedicated baseball player as well as achieving 2nd team all-league honors. Throughout Matt’s experience in sports it has encouraged him to pursue a career in training athletes and helping individuals achieve their physical fitness goals.  His future aspiration is to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist helping athletes enhance their sports performance to an elite level.

As a personal trainer Matt strives to educate and motivate individuals to not only reach their personal fitness goals, but to exceed far past them.


Bonnie Chahalis
Certified Personal Trainer
Director of Group Fitness

Bonnie Chahalis -  Director of Group FitnessBonnie joins the staff at C.O.R.E. as the group fitness director in charge of all classes and scheduling.  Bonnie brings with her over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Bonnie is currently certified by the IFPA as a fitness trainer.  She is also CPR certified by the American Heart Association.

Bonnie believes that living a fit lifestyle tests one’s resolve, motivation and commitment to change.  It incites the passion that lies within each of us to be the best we can be, both physically and mentally.  There are a few things she finds helps her get through the day.  One of them is a great workout!  Working out is not only physical, but mental as well.  When you look good, you feel good.

Bonnie has found her passion, and that is to motivate people to feel better from the inside and out.  She enjoys meeting different people and encouraging them to reach their goals.  There’s one thing she asks people to understand about working out…you have to want it!  Get into a mindset and know that with focus, determination, and will power, you will succeed!

Sara Stern
Certified Personal Trainer

Sara Stern - Certified Personal TrainerSara Stern joined C.O.R.E.'s team of personal trainers a year ago. Certified by the International Fitness Professional Association, she currently attends the yoga teacher training program at Birchwood Center in Nyack, which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She also holds  an associate's degree in business administration.  

After years of fitness classes and miles of hiking, biking and rollerblading, Sara now runs several times a week, weight trains, and practices yoga and meditation on a daily basis. As a personal trainer, her philosophy is based on a non-aggressive approach to fitness. She believes in listening to your body during any type of fitness practice.


Stephen Wilbur
Certified Personal Trainer

Stephen Wilbur - Certified Personal TrainerStephen Wilbur brings a variety of experience to C.O.R.E. . For the past ten years, he has held a training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.).  As a former body builder, Stephen placed in numerous NPC competitions in the Eastern United States, including second place for Lightweight New Jersey, second place in the New Jersey Classic, as well as fifth place overall in the East Coast.

Stephen also donates his time working with the Special Olympics, as his oldest daughter has participated in them for the past 20 years.

Linda Juranich
Certified Personal Trainer

Linda Juranich - Certified Personal TrainerLinda has been certified as a Personal Trainer since 1998 by the American Council of Exercise.  She has studied Exercise Science at Bergen Community College and has successfully applied her knowledge to her clients training as well as her own.  Linda also studied under the National Association of Sports Medicine, where she participated in their workshop to learn the integration of Core strengthening into Program design.  She is certified by Resist-A-Ball as a C.O.R.E. Instructor and has trained and studied core strengthening techniques under a Master Trainer of Core Strengthening and Stabilization.

She has used her knowledge of Exercise Science to successfully train to cycle and has raised money for many charity events.

In 2003, Linda competed in the East Coast Muscle Mania Body Building Show where she placed 4th in the Women’s division

Linda is constantly educating herself on the latest trends in the industry and is dedicated to teaching people how to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and good nutrition.


Grace Ryan
Certified Personal Trainer

Grace Ryan - Certified Personal TrainerFor more than 20 years, Grace Ryan has been an active participant in the fitness industry. Her initial interest in the field was sparked by her own personal fitness goals, and later evolved into becoming a group fitness instructor. Over the years she has taught classes in spinning, sculpting, and step at various fitness facilities in the tri-state area. She received her certification by the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) in 2003, and ever since has enjoyed working as a personal trainer.

Grace completed a Pilates On the Ball workshop presented by the International Weightlifting Association (IWA), has coached intermediate girls soccer, and loves to participate in local races, including several triathlons. Currently, she is training for six-hour adventure races, including an 84-mile run/team race from Bear Mountain to New York City.


Harlin Blank
Certified Personal Trainer

Harlin joins the staff at C.O.R.E. as a personal trainer dedicated to helping his clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Certified by the American Council on Exercise, he brings his lifetime physical fitness attitude to the team with over 30 years of athletic experience including high school and college athletics along with adult competitions. Harlin is an avid endurance competitor, having participated in numerous events such as the New York and Long Island Marathons, Chicago Triathlon, New York Triathlon Club Half Ironman, and the Empire State Building Run-Up.

Harlin believes that one’s overall physical and mental well being can be achieved through a balanced program of diet and exercise coupled with discipline, focus, and commitment. He prepares an organized, results-driven, personalized program for each of his clients to help them experience the physical success he has achieved over the years. Harlin engages them in a variety of weight resistance, core, and cardio activities to ensure longevity in physical training.


Ginal CapitaniGina Capitani
Certified Personal Trainer

After training for many years with master certified personal trainer Dave Paladino, Gina is thrilled to transition her personal passion for fitness into a fulfilling career at C.O.R.E. Gina is a certified personal trainer with International Fitness Professionals Association and holds a certification with the American Heart Association in CPR and AED.

With many years of weight training, fitness and cardio experience under her belt, Gina is well equipped and motivated to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. A firm believer in an active lifestyle outside the gym, she also enjoys hiking, playing tennis, water skiing and scuba diving.

Whether you’re getting ready for a race, a wedding, or simply looking to lead a healthier lifestyle, Gina will focus on your specific training needs, and help you achieve your own individual goals.
